Esen Girit Tümer

Esen Tümer holds bachelor degree from İstanbul University on Linguistics, MBA degree on Business Management UCLA / University of California Los Angeles in USA . 

She is Six Sigma Black Belt Certified in France and received several Leadership &  Executive Management trainings from Ashridge College in United Kingdom and INSEAD in France. Artificial Intelligence and machine learning from Harvard University in Boston  IoT training from Colombia University, New York.

She has more than 23 years of work experience in several global high tech companies with  executive leadership roles such as; Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Tyco & Covidien, Philips Healthcare Royal Philips based in Turkey , Middle East Countries and USA. Also leading many international projects in United Kingdom, India, Iraq, Pakistan, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Holland & United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.  

Ms.Tümer has strong NGO background, she was the President of TıpGörDer, National Trade Association for 7 years representing Turkey in EU discussion in Brussels in Belgium. She acted as the  vice president of PPP association and  Vice president of TEID, Society of Corporate compliance and Ethics Association. She was the Chair of Medtronic Women Network in TWAL Region. She is one of the founder members of Women in Technology Association  W-Tech and  Women on Board Association. She is still active board member of several national & international associations including AAAI in USA and Women AI in Europe.

She has been selected as one of the Top 50 most successful women leaders among all industries across the country by Forbes and Economist Magazines and recognized the most powerful women CEO Ranked number 1 in Healthcare sector in consecutive years  

As of 2020  she is the founder CEO of Essential Evolutions in Artificial Intelligence and  InfiniTech in BioScience established in Turkey and USA . Besides acting as the executive  advisory board member of smart  wearable technology company in Manchester UK.

She is the founder of  YZTD” Artificial intelligence & Technology Association” in Turkey affiliated with Global AAAI  society.
